Hyrule Warriors Legends Linkle Highlights

The new Hyrule Warriors Legends game for the Nintendo 3DS will feature all the characters from it's Wii U counterpart, with almost all the DC characters included (excluding Ganon and Cucco). Excitingly, this version comes with some of our favorite characters that weren't included in the Wii U version. Hyrule Warriors Legends will include most notably Linkle, a young girl who was first introduced as simply a female version of Link, which was later scrapped for ideas of her being Link's younger sister, and then the final story which plays her as a young shepherd of cuccos in a small village in Hyrule. Not only will Hyrule Warriors Legends have Linkle, but also Skull Kid from Majora's Mask, Ganondorf with a new trident weapon, and Tetra, Toon Link, and the King of Hyrule from The Wind Waker. All of these characters can be transferred over to Hyrule Warriors on the Wii U from your Nintendo 3DS. Nintendo is also being so generous to give us the new character to the Hyrule Warriors franchise, Medli, who first appeared in The Wind Waker franchise. Medli will be available in both the 3DS and the Wii U Hyrule Warrior games for free alongside the first DLC pack for Hyrule Warriors Legends. Currently, Hyrule Warriors Legends is available in Japan but will be available to players in Europe tomorrow March 24th, and us in the U.S. on the 25th of March.
